COLCHESTER, Vt. - A veteran-heavy Saint Michael's College women's swimming & diving team returns 13 competitors to a program that continues to have its greatest sustained success in two decades, including posting its highest win total since 1996-97 last season.

Saint Michael's opens the season with three consecutive home meets, versus Keene State College on Saturday, Colby-Sawyer College on Nov. 3 and Merrimack College on Nov. 9 ... the next two competitions take the Purple Knights to Northern New York, at Clarkson University on Nov. 10 and at the State University of New York at Potsdam's North Country Invitational on Nov. 16-17, when their first-semester slate concludes ... after a Winter Break training trip to Puerto Rico, the Purple and Gold has five dual meets in 11 days during January, including three at home ... the four-day NE10 Championship kicks off on Feb. 7 at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) ... qualifiers for the NCAA Championship head to Indianapolis, Ind., from March 13 to 16.
