Kelley Ski Center

HISTORY
The Kelley Ski Center, located at the corner of Vermont 15 and Lime Kiln Road, was dedicated on Sept. 20, 2024. The facility is housed in a renovated part of Senior Hall, one of the older structures on campus that remained mostly underutilized in recent years. The center was made possible thanks in large part to the generosity and support of alumnus and former skiing captain Tom Kelley ’69 and his wife Denise, in addition to other alumni, parents, and the local community.

FAST FACTS
The College broke ground on the project in fall 2023. The Kelley Ski Center has more space for waxing and tuning skis than the skiing teams’ previous location on campus, also named for Kelley and located in the Tarrant Recreation Center. The teams also now have more space to gather together and watch competition videos as well as cook meals together in the center’s kitchen since skiers often leave campus for practice before the dining hall opens.
