COLCHESTER, Vt. - Saint Michael's College women's tennis junior Alex Dalton (South Easton, Mass./Oliver Ames) was named to the Northeast-10 Conference Weekly Honor Roll for the week ending on Sunday, April 8. It was Dalton's second accolade this semester, being named Player of the Week on Feb. 27 after studying abroad in the fall.
Dalton won twice from the top positions in an 8-1 win over Saint Anselm College on Wednesday. In her first career try at playing No. 1 singles, Dalton notched a 7-6, 6-3 victory after pairing for an 8-1 doubles win. She is 5-1 in NE-10 singles play this spring and 9-2 overall thanks to a 4-1 doubles performance.
