Women's Tennis Slips Past Stonehill, 5-4; Earns Right To Host #7 Saint Anselm

COLCHESTER, Vt.- The Saint Michael's College women's tennis team (13-5, 10-2 NE-10) clinched the #2-seed in the Northeast-10 Conference quarterfinals with their second 5-4 victory in as many days over Stonehill College (14-5, 9-3 NE-10) Sunday afternoon in Colchester. Freshman Marran Ranks (Stratham, N.H./Exeter) won her No. 5 singles match 6-4, 7-5 and teamed with senior Megan Conway (Lynnfield, Mass./Lynnfield) to win No. 2 doubles 8-4.
