Women's Basketball Puts Lid On Queens, 50-28

FLUSHING, N.Y. - The Saint Michael's College women's basketball team (2-0) held gost Queens (N.Y.) College to just 14 percent shooting from the field in recording a 50-28 non-conference win on Saturday afternoon.

Junior Logan Pintka (Schenectady, N.Y./Colonie Central) led all scorers with 11 points in the defensive battle.

Saint Michael's returns to action on Tuesday with a 5:30 p.m. home contest against nationally-ranked Northeast-10 Conference rival Franklin Pierce University at the Ross Sports Center.
