Birr, Otey; Basketball Captains Earn NE-10 Weekly Honors

(Feb 8, 2010) COLCHESTER, Vt. - Men's basketball junior co-captain Nate Birr (Burnsville, Minn./Saint Thomas Academy) and women's basketball senior tri-captain Michelle Otey (Southborough, Mass./Algonquin Regional) were named to the Northeast-10 weekly honor roll, the conference announced on Monday. Women's Basketball Suffers 75-56 Loss To Bentley

(Feb 6, 2010) COLCHESTER, Vt. – The Saint Michael’s College women’s basketball team (7-13, 5-12 Northeast-10 Conference) fell behind early and couldn’t recover in suffering a 75-56 loss to Bentley University in league action on Saturday at the Ross Sports Center. For the Purple Knights, senior Michelle Otey (Southborough, Mass./Algonquin Regional) netted a team-best 16 points, making 7-of-11 shots from the field.
