Freshman Katie Walsh Named To NE-10 Volleyball Weekly Honor Roll


COLCHESTER, Vt. - Freshman Katie Walsh (North Kingstown, R.I./Prout School) earned NE-10 volleyball weekly honor roll accolades, the conference announced on Monday.

Walsh accumulated 173 assists and 83 digs over the course of their five-game schedule this past week. In the Skidmore Classic alone, she recorded 136 of those assists and 69 digs.

The Purple Knights will host their next two contests this week. The first will be at 6 p.m. versus Plattsburgh State University on Wednesday in Ross Sports Center. The Purple Knights will honor their two seniors, Kelly Garthwait and Kerry Hill, on Friday in their "Senior Game" against Assumption College at 7 p.m.
