
(Nov 8, 2008) PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. - The Saint Michael's College volleyball team (12-14, 3-11 Northeast-10 Conference) ended its season on Saturday with a 3-0 loss at Pace University on Saturday (14-25, 21-25, 22-25). For the Purple Knights, senior Stephanie Smetana (Independence, Mo./Truman) had a match-high 18 digs. She finishes her career with 1,733 digs, the most in program history, and the sixth-most all-time in NE-10 history. The 12 wins for Saint Michael's matches the most for the program since 1995.
