Meg Currier '07, one of the greatest first basemen and hitters in program history, remains with the Purple Knights for her sixth season as a volunteer assistant coach in 2013.

Currier finished her four-year career in 2007 tied for fourth in program history in hits (116) while adding 17 doubles, 10 home runs, 50 runs and 62 RBIs. She helped lead the Purple Knights to the greatest four-year run in program history, as Saint Michael's went 90-71 during her career.

Currier had one of the greatest offensive seasons in program history as a senior in 2007, as she helped lead Saint Michael's to a program-record for wins during a 26-14 season. She belted a career-best six home runs and added a team-high 24 RBIs, leading the Purple Knights to a 16-12 Northeast-10 Conference record. She also made just one error in 195 chances for a .995 fielding percentage.

Currier currently works as a supervisor of loan operations at People's United Bank in Burlington.
