Demairo Named NE-10 Men's Lacrosse Rookie Of The Week, Donnally Makes Honor Roll

COLCHESTER, Vt. - Saint Michael's College men's lacrosse freshman Chris Demairo (Bethpage, N.Y./Bethpage) was named the Northeast-10 Conference Rookie of the Week and sophomore Pete Donnally (Madison, N.J./Morristown-Beard) made the Weekly Honor Roll, it was announced on Monday.

Demairo continued to impress in net for the Purple Knights and made 15 saves while allowing just eight goals last week. The first-year goalie posted a 5.18 goals against average and a .652 save percentage in a 1-1 week for Saint Michael's.

Donnally, the team's leading goal-scorer and second-place point-getter, led the offense with six goals last week. The sophomore led Saint Michael's in scoring in both games, including a four-goal performance in a 7-6 double overtime loss against Adelphi on Saturday.
