Men's Lacrosse Standout Taylor Smoke '09 To Play In Division I/II Senior All-Star Game
COLCHESTER, Vt. - Recent Saint Michael's College graduate Taylor Smoke '09 (Hogansburg, N.Y./Salmon River/Vermont Academy) has been selected to play in the Division I/II North-South Senior All-Star Game, the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) announced on Tuesday.
The game, featuring many of the best senior lacrosse players in the country, will take place on Friday (May 22) at 4 p.m. at Harvard Stadium in Boston, Mass. It will be the second game of a lacrosse tripleheader that day, as the Division III North-South Senior All-Star Game will take place at 2 p.m., and the Major League Lacrosse (MLL) contest between the Boston Cannons and the Denver Outlaws at 7:30 p.m.

Smoke is one of just four players from the Northeast-10 Conference selected to play in the game, and one of just six Division II players to represent the North squad.
A top defender and long stick midfielder throughout his four-year career for the Purple Knights, Smoke led Saint Michael's with 14 caused turnovers in 2009 while starting all 14 contests. He also was third on the team with 28 ground balls.
