Men's Ice Hockey's Belmore Earns NE-10 Weekly Honor Roll Accolades


COLCHESTER, Vt. - Junior Glenn Belmore (Cornwall, Ontario/Wellington Dukes/University of Maine) landed on the Northeast-10 men's ice hockey weekly honor roll, the conference announced on Monday.

Belmore tallied two goals in the Purple Knights 6-6 tie with Saint Anselm on Friday. The following afternoon, he added another assist in the 4-4 tie with New England College, which was the first time since Jan. 28, 2006 that the Purple Knights were not defeated by the New England Pilgrims.

Saint Michael's will spend another weekend at their home rink, as they host Trinity (Conn.) on Friday for a 7 p.m. ECAC East contest at Cairns Arena.
