MacKinnon Named To NE-10 Ice Hockey All-Championship Team

(Mar 8, 2010) COLCHESTER, Vt. - Men's ice hockey sophomore Reave MacKinnon (Winnipeg, Manitoba/Winnipeg Saints) was named to the Northeast-10 Ice Hockey All-Championship Team, it was announced on Sunday evening. MacKinnon had a standout season, finishing tied for third on the team in points with 24 and leading the team with his 13 goals. In postseason play, MacKinnon tallied a hat trick in the Purple Knight's 7-5 quarterfinal win over Southern New Hampshire University. [more]

Men's Hockey's Geverd Earns ECAC East Honorable Mention Accolades

(Mar 5, 2010) COLCHESTER, Vt. - Saint Michael's College men's ice hockey senior Tim Geverd (Horsham, Pa./New Hampshire Junior Monarchs (Univ. of Vermont)) was named to the ECAC East All-Honorable Mention Team, it was announced on Thursday. The assistant captain is third amongst league defensemen in scoring with 22 points, and tied for third amongst all league players with seven power play goals. [more]
