Field hockey hosts 4th Annual "Whacky" Tournament for charity
From Saint Michael's College field hockey head coach Carla Hesler: "On Sunday, April 29, the Saint Michael's field hockey team hosted the 4th Annual "Whacky" Tournament on Duffy Field. Each of the eight teams was comprised of two or three present team members who recruited friends to join up and experience the game. This coed event featured many student-athletes from other sport teams as well as newcomers who wished to experience the sport. Teams also chipped in funds to support the Make-A-Wish Foundation, which is sponsored by the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC). Thanks to all who attended, and congratulations to 2012 Whacky Champions TEAM BLACK."
