Baseball To Conduct Series Of Clinics During February School Vacation

COLCHESTER, Vt. - Saint Michael's College baseball coach Paul Morgan has announced three separate clinics that will take place later this month during the week-long school vacation week. Included are two-day preseason clinics for hitting and pitching, and a week-long instruction program, inside the College's Tarrant Recreation Center.

The week-long clinic will take place from Monday, February 22-Friday, February 26, from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. each day. Attendees will participate in baseball, wiffleball, soccer, basketball, team handball, and other activities. Participants will receive special attention from the Purple Knights' baseball coaches and players, with plenty of fun games and excitement.

The two-day pitching clinic for 13-18 year olds will be held on Tuesday, February 23 from 7:30-9:30 p.m., and on Saturday, February 27 from 1-3 p.m.

The two-day hitting clinic for 13-18 year olds will be held on Friday, February 26 from 7:30-9:30 p.m., and on Sunday, February 28 from 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

The two-day clinics will focus on hitting, pitching, and the mental side of baseball. Participants will receive special attention from the Purple Knights' coaching staff and players in specific skills through drills, simulated game situations, and video analysis.
