WEST HAVEN, Conn. - Wednesday's Saint Michael's
College-University of New Haven basketball doubleheader, starting
at 5:30 p.m., is the Northeast-10 Conference's "PackCast" Game of
the Week, the league office announced last month.
Fans can watch the live "PackCast" free of charge by visiting www.northeast10.tv or by accessing the available "Video" links at www.smcathletics.com. Pack Network webcasts feature all of the elements of traditional TV broadcasts, such as multiple camera angles, replays, commentary and more. Chris Villani, a greater-Boston sports radio host, will provide play-by-play commentary, while NE-10 Assistant Commissioner for Strategic Communications Jacob VanRyn will serve as the game analyst.
Wednesday's doubleheader, unlike other Saint Michael's basketball twinbills this season, begins with the men's contest. At 5:30 p.m., the Saint Michael's men (5-9, 3-7 NE-10) will square off against New Haven (3-11, 2-9 NE-10), and then at approximately 7:30 p.m., the Saint Michael's women (7-6, 5-5 NE-10) put their three-game winning streak on the line versus New Haven (2-13, 1-10 NE-10).
