Senior Monahan closes out career on winning note

Leading the men's lacrosse team on Sunday afternoon against the Bears was senior Mike Boerma (Concord, Mass.), who tallied six points on the afternoon with three goals and three assists.  Also being recognized for his offensive prowess was junior Bryan Zaremba (Manhasset, N.Y./) netted four goals, including the game-tying goal with 4:11 left in regulation.  Senior goalkeeper Jeff Hannon (Wilbraham, Mass.), entering the year with a 24-18 record, was also recognized for turning aside 16 shots (12 in the second half) in the season-opening loss.
