The Intramural Program provides the opportunity for members of the Saint Michael’s College community to actively develop levels of teamwork, camaraderie and self esteem as they engage in friendly competition. Through individual and recreational programs, students, faculty and staff have the opportunity to be involved in tournaments and/ or classes that provide healthy challenges and a fun environment.
The Intramural Office offers a variety of programs at convenient times.
Student-led programs include billiards, ping pong, volleyball and indoor soccer. Tournaments are also scheduled throughout the academic year. Softball, basketball and floor hockey are popular team events.
For students interested in fitness classes, yoga, jazzercise, kickboxing, cardio step and pilates courses are offered weekly. In addition to fitness classes and team sports, the Intramural Office offers First Aid and CPR training/certification.
Please see the Intramural Sports and Recreational Program brochure for further dates and event information.
