Mike is generally regarded as the greatest all-around lacrosse player in Purple Knight history. A devastating attacker, he finished his career with 96 goals and 100 assists for 196 total points. At the time of his induction, he still reigns as the program's all-time leading scorer, with his closest challenger resting 26 points behind him on the all- time list! He still holds six lacrosse records at SMC, including every assist mark: most assists in a game (7), season (30), and career (100). He also holds the standards for most points in a game (12, which he achieved twice!), and for most points in a season (63). He was a three-time team MVP, a two-time All-Coxe Conference First Team selection, and was also chosen to play in the very prestigious East-West College All- Star Game in his senior year. Mike led the Purple Knights through the most successful span in their history, as the program's combined record was 30-14 (68% winning percentage) during his career.
