Ross Sports Center

Ross Sports Center is the home court for the men’s and women’s basketball teams, as well as  the Saint Michael’s volleyball team.  It has a capacity of 2,500 and was opened during the 1973-74 season when the Saint Michael’s Men’s Basketball team hosted Niagara in the inaugural game.

The Saint Michael’s swimming pool is located in the Ross Sports Center and is the home pool for the SMC swimming and diving teams. The pool is also available for faculty, student and staff use throughout the year.

The Saint Michael’s Training Room is also located in Ross directly across from the basketball and volleyball courts. Head Trainer Joe Faryniarz, along with assistant trainers Liz D'Elia and Gayle Gasner, help the Saint Michael’s student-athletes rehabilitate injuries  and provide other medical treatment.
