Diana Scannell Garvin
Class of 1991
Soccer, Lacrosse
Inducted October 17, 1998

Diana is one of the most successful two-sport female athletes in College history. In soccer, she was a two-time Northeast-10 All-Conference performer, garnering First Team honors as a senior. She was also an All-New England choice in her second season. A team captain as a senior, she was seventh on the all-time scorer's list when she graduated with 29 career points on 11 goals and seven assists. In lacrosse, she was a two-time captain and led the team in scoring as a junior and senior. She graduated ranked seventh on the all-time scoring list with 55 goals and seven assists. In both sports, blazing speed was her trademark -- and was a key factor in why the two programs won 53 contests during her career. Diana is only the fourth woman in the College's history to achieve the distinction of holding Top 10 scoring rankings in two different sports.
