One of the greatest guards in Purple Knight history, and the central figure in the reconstruction of the basketball program in the mid-1980's. SMC won seven games in his freshman year, but was featured in Sports Illustrated as the nation's #1 Division II team in his senior season. Named All-America First Team by Off The Glass Magazine and Third Team by the NABC. Twice named All-New England and All-ECAC, First Team. Twice selected Mideast Collegiate Conference Player of the Year, and was named All-MECC three times. Was All-Northeast-10 Conference, First Team in his senior season -- SMC's first in the conference. At the time of his induction, he's only player in College history to collect over 1,500 points and 500 assists in a career, and he owns five SMC records. He is the second-leading scorer in College history, with 1,898 career points (16.9 per game average). He is also second all-time in assists (502) and is first in steals (245). His 609 points in 1986-87 is the second- highest season total in College history-- and led SMC to the MECC Championship.
